My 'New' Home

I had been wanting to do this for awhile now - and now that I have - what do you think? I put the shutters up, new house numbers and a new mailbox. When Jeff gets back we'll replace the porch light. As of now I am finished with the front of the house!

Our Home

I've been struggling with the idea of possibly selling our home the last couple of weeks. Its a little small and I felt like it might be time to get some more space. It wasn't until this time that I realized I have been having a 3 year affair with my home! I love this house so much - I would be completely content to stay here forever. I love my hardwood floors, original woodwork inside, the windows, the amazing character, my clawfoot tub...

What is the point of this blog? Its to say 'Thank you Peff!' Because I know he wanted a house in the country, but he still wanted me to be happy and let me have this beautiful home instead. I love you baby!

Though I love Seattle and La Push - these pictures are proof that my sanity would be lost with 2 weeks of straight rain. If sunshine had been seen, I don't believe this type of cheap entertainment would have been necessary.

This is my FAVORITE of Aidan's Mr. Chinn. Such a sport! Let's hope he continues down this way and makes us a LOT of money by becoming a brilliant actor.

Seven Years!

This post is a little late - but I still wanted to put this up. Seven years ago Jeff and I said 'I will' in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on May 24. I still remember every detail of that day. Even crossing the street and seeing Jeff waiting there for his belt he had forgotten! I remember sitting with him, waiting our turn - holding hands and watching the other couples sitting nervously around us. We were whispering and laughing and so excited! I knew then that we wouldn't be just any married couple. We love to have fun and hang out and I'm sure anyone that knows us would say we are pretty wierd. Good wierd I hope!

In 7 years we have lived in Mississippi while Jeff finished his classes, lived with my mom, had 2 amazing little boys and bought a house in Idaho. Jeff has made me so proud with his work - always in the top group of guys and going on these catastrophe calls to help better himself at work and ease our pockets a little at home.

I have no idea what I would do without this man. The love and support he has shown me through rough times, writing my book, my work and most importantly as a wife and mom - amazes me! I am so in love with this beast!

I love you, Peff! I'm so happy you chose me!
